Frank Leonard is the current Executive Officer of the New South Wales Referees' Association of which he is a life member. A former CRLRA Divisional referee who moved on to become a State-of-Origin Touch Judge, Frank is also a life member of the Illawarra Referees' Association where he is a highly regarded provider having put many young referees through their accreditations. |
