MODEL 3
- This is the original model of the short side SO positioned at the ruck and the long side SO back assisting with the 10 metres, until play passes the middle of the field and at which time their position swaps.
- Positioning within the 10 metre zone will change for both SO's who will then both be up at the ruck, in line with the Dummy Half, watching passes and ensuring defenders are back with both feet on the goal line.
- Used on tackle 4 in guts zone for short attacking kicks.
- Also used in 20 x 20 urgency zone.
