NRL REFEREES' DEVELOPMENT CDThe following pages of this site have been developed by the NRL Referees and are used by them in their own development activities as well as being a valuable medium for communication with the various NRL clubs. The bulk of the content can and should be used by all levels of refereeing below the NRL but it must be remembered that some of the models used by the NRL referees may not be applicable to those officiating at the grass roots level of the game due to the absence of the sophisticated technology available to those participating at the higher levels.
