SETTING AN ACCEPTABLE STANDARD
- As discussed, measuring an acceptable standard is a key factor in providing a consistent approach to refereeing. The following process was agreed upon and will be measured each week
- Identify tackle - dominant, surrender, movement
- Collective consistency
- Immediate movement & intentions - communicate movement
- Slow down play the ball
- Individual FEEL for the situation
- When setting a standard key considerations that need to be taken into account such as conditions - wet, windy, standards of teams
