Kevin Riolo is the Director responsible for Conferences. He is the current Secretary of the New South Wales Country Rugby League Referees' Association and is also on the Board of Management of the Illawarra Division.
A retired high school principal, Kevin is a former First Grade Referee who has controlled 5 First Grade Grand Finals in the Illawarra competition, 6 NSW Country Divisional fixtures and 5 international matches.
In recognition of his services to the game of Rugby League and Refereeing, Kevin has been honoured with life membership of the Illawarra Divisional Rugby League, the Illawarra Referees' Association, the New South Wales Country Rugby League Referees' Association and the New South Wales Country Rugby League.
