Graham Turnbull is the President of the New South Wales Country Rugby League Referees Association, having previously served as Deputy President for nine years. He commenced his Refereeing career in Newcastle, controlling games from Juniors to First Grade. In 1985 Graham moved to Mungindi (Group 15) and controlled Reserve and First Grade fixtures. He then moved to Hunter Valley Group 21 in 1986 where he was active until 1998, refereeing multiple Grand Finals from Juniors to First Grade. Graham is proud to have achieved Life Membership by the Newcastle Coalfields, Hunter Valley Group 21 and New South Wales Country Rugby League Referees Associations in recognition of his contribution to refereeing within those areas.
