Martin Weekes is the Director responsible for promotion. He is a currently a member of the West Australian Rugby League Referees' Association and serves as the Director of Referees for the West Australian Rugby League. Prior to that he was a member of the South Sydney Rugby League Referees' Association (30 years) and the New South Wales Rugby League Referees' Association, both of which he is also an esteemed life member.
Martin has had a distinguished refereeing career spanning 28 years in which he has officiated as a centre referee and a touch judge. In the latter he has performed at the top level having been appointed to ARL First Grade Grand Finals, State-of-Origin fixtures and Test Matches.
